  1. From the Showit Design App, click on your name in the screen's bottom left corner.
  2. Click “Add To Library”
  3. Copy and Paste your Template Share Key when prompted and click enter. You'll get access to your share key after purchasing a template
  4. A preview of the design will be shown. Click the “Add Now” button.
  5. Congratulations! The template has now been added to your library and is ready to be customized!

How to Install Your Showit Template

  1. From the Showit Design App, click on "SITE SETTINGS" in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click the SOCIAL tab.
  3. Insert all your personalized social links. 
  4. If the template you have is set up to draw on these site settings, your social links will update throughout the template.

  1. From the Showit Design App, click on "DESIGN SETTINGS" in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Under the heading "COLOR PALETTE", click each colour numbered 1 to 8 and pick the colour you'd like to replace each with. These will change the colours throughout your template.

  1. From the Showit Design App, click on "DESIGN SETTINGS" in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. At the top of the design settings screen, click FONTS tab.
  3. Select the google font you’d like to add to your active fonts list. To add a custom font, see this Showit tutorial.
  4. Click back to the SITE STYLE tab at the top of the screen. 
  5. Under the heading "TYPE STYLES," change your TITLE font, colour, size, and alignment if you’d like. Then continue to the HEADING, SUBHEADING, and PARAGRAPH styles.

How to Update Your Template Fonts

  1. Under the SITE tab, click the page you'd like to update an image on.
  2. Double-click the photo you'd like to change. Your media library will pop up.
  3. Choose the image you'd like to use instead. If you haven't uploaded the image you'd like to use yet, click  "upload files" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
If the image isn't a background, and isn't clickable, it's likely layered under another element in the design (even if that element is transparent or seemingly invisible). 
  • In this case, look at the left side of the screen to find the image in the list of objects on the current canvas. You can find it by clicking the desktop or mobile icons on and off. 
  • Once you've found it, click and drag it to the top of the list. Once it's at the top, it will be layered on top of all other objects, meaning you can double click it to change the image. 
  • If the design looks a bit weird now, once you've changed the image to your image of choice, drag the element below other objects on the list showing on the left side of the screen. 
  • If the image isn't a background, and isn't clickable, it's likely layered under another element in the design (even if that element is transparent or seemingly invisible). 
  • In this case, look at the left side of the screen to find the image in the list of objects on the current canvas. You can find it by clicking the desktop or mobile icons on and off.
